久しぶりに家族で公園に行った

今週は娘が突発性発疹にかかったせいで、外出はほとんどできなかった。

今日は娘の体調がほぼほぼ回復したので、近くの公園に家族で行くことになった。

公園に着くと、娘はご機嫌で走り回っていた。

娘が楽しく遊んでいるのを見ることができて私は嬉しかった。

週に1回30分でも自然の中でのんびりいると、心が安らぐ。とある本に書いていた。

定期的に公園へ家族と一緒に行こうと思う。

My daughter has been Roseola Infantum this week , so we could hardly go out.

Because she has almost recovered , we went to the park near my house today.

As soon as she arrived the park , she enjoyed running aroud here.

I was glad to see my daughter playing happily.

A book says that if you feel relaxed in nature , you can feel at ease.

I'm thinking about going to the park regularly with my family.
